Things I knew until Jesus made me realize

To those who sold doves he said, "Get these out of here! How dare you turn my Father's house into a market!

Jesus answered them, "Destroy this temple, and I will raise it again in three days."

After he was raised from the dead, his disciples recalled what he had said. Then they believed the Scripture and the words that Jesus had spoken.
Jesus went up to Jerusalem with his disciples on the day near the Passover. Jesus poured money from those who sold sheep, cattle, and doves in the temple, turned the table, and said, "Take this here, and do not make a house for business as my Father's house."
What if Jesus just passed this sight?
If he hadn't passed this place with Jesus, he might have thought this way.
When you give a gift to the temple, you have to serve God with all your heart, with all your heart, and with all your strength. For this and that reason, you can give money in front of the temple and buy cattle, sheep, or doves and offer them!
It would be okay to do it that way. I could have thought.
However, Jesus said, "Take this here, and do not make a house for my father's business" (v. 16).
Jesus made me realize that the things that the high priests, Jews, and people say this will be all right are wrong. And Jesus said that he would not raise this building, the temple, but the temple that is Jesus' own body in three days.
He made me realize that the body of Jesus is the temple. If Jesus, who is the true light, had not acted, he would have lived in the darkness with his opinion, but we will be grateful for the grace that Jesus saved us from sin and death.
If the apostle Paul had not met Jesus on the way to Damascus, he would not have realized that the way he considered right was the wrong way.
I am grateful for the grace and love of the Lord who believed in Jesus and made him a child of God.
And it is good to live as a disciple of Jesus, as a child of God, who trusts the Holy Spirit for the way of truth that Jesus makes us realize and makes us known, and follow with joy and joy.
