The Gospel of John was written so that we may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and have life in the name of Jesus.

But these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name.
The apostle John makes the purpose of writing the Gospel of John clear in verse 31.
that we all might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God.
And that all of us believe in Jesus and have life through His name.
The apostle John wanted people to read the Gospel of John and believe that Jesus is the Son of God and the Christ, and that they might have life in the name of Jesus.
Thank you for the Word of God that allows us to hear and read this word of life and believe in Jesus and live to this day.
By reading and meditating on God's Word every day, I will apply it to live as a believer in Jesus.
After Jesus was resurrected, he came to his disciples and said, "Peace be with you."
He said 2 and 3 times that we have peace.
And just as God the Father sent Jesus, He sent us to receive the Holy Spirit.
Just as God the Father sent Jesus to this earth, He sent His disciples, but He did not leave the disciples alone, He sent the Holy Spirit so that the Holy Spirit could be with them.
Jesus also wanted us to become believers, not unbelievers.
(verse 27)
And the Apostle John also wrote the Gospel of John, so that all people in this age and in the future will believe in Jesus and live by Him.
(verse 31)
The first thing that can be applied is to become a person who believes in Jesus in my life and lives in the name of Jesus every day.
The first words of the resurrected Jesus to his disciples,
You will also learn that the word “Peace be with you” (verse 19) can enjoy a life of peace when we live in the name of Jesus.
And when we preach and testify of Jesus so that other people can believe in Him, we believe that the Holy Spirit is with us and we hope to become those who obey God's will.
And I pray that other people will also read the Bible, believe in Jesus, and become His disciples who gain life through His name, just like the purpose of the Gospel of John.
